Guava HR has truly revolutionized the way we handle human resources. From the user-friendly interface to the robust set of features, Guava HR has exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the first things we noticed was how intuitive and easy to navigate the platform is. Even those who are not tech-savvy quickly adapted to the system, thanks to its clean design and clear instructions. It has streamlined our HR processes, improved efficiency.

Cons:

Enhancing the mobile app to include all desktop functionalities would greatly improve the user experience.

A great tool for volunteer engagement and internal communication

We have been using GuavaHR for over 3 years now and are very satisfied. Currently, this is the only communication tool we use to share information with our volunteers. We can finally see what information they are interested in and this helps us keep all the information up to date. A great way to separate important information from less important.

Pros:

It's extremely easy to use and can be used at any age. In our case, in addition to internal communication, calendar, groups and documents features are the most valuable.

Cons:

We would like to see more gamification features.

Reasons for switching to GuavaHR

Emails are outdated. We needed better solution to communicate and engage with members. Engagement is one of the biggest challenges in voluntary organizations.

Pros:

Easy and fast set up. Automatic translation of the posts is the best function as our staff speaks different languages and it was major time consumption to translate everything into 3-4 languages.

Cons:

If post includes a photo, then it only comes in one size. Occasionally would like to view a smaller photo. We do not have an interface with HR software, therefore managing joiners and leavers is a bit of work. Will change that last part soon.

Pros:

A good solid platform. Has all the necessary functionality for creating employee/network engagement. Really easy to use. No technical issues at all so far (e.g. the platform has never been down so far). So far the support has been excellent with Guava customer rep checking in regularly regarding how the use of the software is going. Also proactively proposing tips to improve the use of the software (e.g. how to increase user engagement on the platform).

Cons:

Some non-critical features are a bit uncomfortable to use, but as customer support is excellent I know the Guava team is already working on those.

This is not linked to work e-mail addresses for Microsoft accounts. Built-in translator tool, same message automatically translated to preffered languages.

Cons:

Notification settings, the pre-settings could be less notifying
