Amazing Recruitment tool that will save you so much time and money!

For me, the pre-recorded videos helped me a lot with shortlisting as I can get a prior outlook on the candidate personality and behavior. Highly recommended for any type of company.

Pros:

HRBlade is a software that will change your recruitment experience. If you have bulk recruitment and you need to save time and money this is the best software that I would recommend. It has helped me a lot with interview management, pre-recorded videos , and top-notch filtering . As an HR Professional, I will be using this software for the rest of my recruiting journey !

Cons:

I did not experience any cons. If anything this software has only helped me speed up my recruitment in an efficient way.

All the features of HRBlade are easy to use which saves time it is not heavy on the pocket so saves money as well and simplifies the work of HR with fewer mistakes.

Cons:

Frankly speaking, there are no cons It's fully loaded HR software.

Pros:

If you're a consulting firm like us that recruits a lot, then you need a business partner that will make your job easier anyway. Especially in the last pandemic period when we could not meet face to face, HRBlade has been our savior. We were able to save time and space by automating our entire recruitment process with HR Blade. It has been a really easy and fast solution partner.

Cons:

It would be much more effective if different features could be added to the candidate testing and evaluation section.

Pros:

HRBlade has made recruiting easy! - the video interview platform is at the same time complex and easy to use - scheduling interviews is extremely easy -I can test the candidates with the software, I have all data in one place - user-friendly and available on any device(both Android and Apple devices) - I can screen candidates easier than before, because I don't have to check papers and folders

Cons:

NO CONS so far, I am very happy with the paltform
