About MiSentinel

MiSentinel is a web-based workforce management solution, which helps businesses manage employee productivity through collaborative scheduling, time tracking and reporting. Features include incident log, location tracking, SOS alerts and lone worker tracking.

The incident management module lets supervisors ensure occupational health and safety of staff members and inform stakeholders about incident resolution through real-time status reports. With the dashboard, administrators can track and analyze user activity, daily trends and total working hours. Managers can monitor employee attendance, predict the workload and allocate resources according to demand, budget or availability. Staff members can also view the rota remotely, request for leaves and swap shifts with team members. Additionally, HR professionals can use the solution to calculate salary and generate reports about employee's overtime, profitability and hours worked.

Easy to use, adaptable, quality of reports, compared to other Time and Attendance software this is far easier to use even site based staff with limited IT knowledge can use this.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike, the system and app are very easy to use.
