    Overall I had a fairly positive experience with the team management at Square; my issues never went unresolved for long and all of the representatives I spoke with were always very professional & kind.

    They were attentive, timely, and every representative I can recall speaking to was very committed to helping resolve my issue.
    Cons:
    At times it was a little bit confusing trying to figure out the correct number or department to reach out to regarding my problem. I also felt the price was a bit high.

    previous user of another app, have used square in our daycare for staff use only.

    it's fine, but preferred our previous app for communication purposes. Would like to be able to PIN important posts so that they stay in an easy to locate spot for staff to refer back to!

    All of our info/users was transferred from the Crew app that we were previously using. Cost was about the same as previous app as well.
    Cons:
    The website costs more money to use communication... sometimes its hard to do everything from a phone- would like the website to mirror the app. We had staff that have had a hard time rejoining after getting a new device.

    Square Team Management is wonderful. I actually use it mostly for invoicing and keeping track of payments from clients.
    Cons:
    They take a relatively large percentage from any payment made. There isn't a feature to easily charge a processing fee.

    I loved the group messaging features, ease of use and smoothness of the app overall. I loved that I could see if the message had been read.
    Cons:
    The issue that we had was that the bank accounts came unsynced and it affected our direct deposit. It also did not show the paystubs, and so the [sensitive content hidden] was the only one able to access it, making it inconvenient.
