TimeSimplicity makes employee scheduling easier for small to mid-size businesses. This software guides schedulers through shift-building based on business need, certification rules, labor laws, and employee preferences. TimeSimplicity is built to help businesses drive better attendance, compliance, and coverage.

With TimeSimplicity, managers and schedulers can rapidly assemble and publish demand-based schedules that give employees advance notice with the option to trade shifts. Employees can request shift drops that managers can approve, deny, or modify. TimeSimplicity's schedule constraints protect schedulers from violating overtime limits, shift length limits, break rules, and required certifications.

TimeSimplicity helps businesses save time and effort in scheduling and shift management by using templates, drag-and-drop shifts, and best-fit criteria. Schedules can include multiple managers, locations, positions, rates, shifts, and views.

Employees have mobile access to TimeSimplicity, allowing them to view schedules, add/drop shifts, and change their preferences. When used with TimeWorksPlus for timekeeping, TimeSimplicity incorporates time-off into schedules and...

    TimeSimplicity is powerful and price competitive

    TimeSimplicity has a lot of features that allow you to properly staff several business locations. The product does not cost a lot and support is excellent.

    This product has a lot of features for the price. You can schedule employees at multiple locations. Swap shifts, build schedules. Supervisors can schedule employees at multiple location.
    Cons:
    The software is a little complicated to set up but once you get it set up it is easy to use. Would like this software if it integrated with our payroll system.
