401K do-it-yourself solution

Easy, low fees, made it easy to get started.

Easy to navigate for a do-it-yourself solution

Cons:

I made a small submission mistake and there was no easy way to fix it. The mistake amounted to ~$30 extra deposited into an employee's 401K. In order to fix it, it was something like $200 to have them correct.

Great Service

I have never called and not gotten a negative response! In this world of no customer service, Ubiquity is the best!

Ease of use as an employer and employee. Timely responses to questions.

Cons:

The only thing is I had my account information coming to my personal email and once I became a sponsor, I had to change my personal account to my work email.

I am happy with Ubiquity. In the beginning of my relationship with them it was difficult to reach a support [person. That is much improved now and they are patient and extremely helpful.

I would give this company a negative 10 stars.

Very poor as they do not respond to emails or support cases that are logged through their CSRs via telephone. No one has a telephone number/extension or email address - it is one number and one email address. Very poor business model.
