Trigger and treasure Bottum up strengths and results

Many new ideas are shared, priority in choices are made, workforce energy and traction is triggered, goals are validated , a new vibe of getting things done is sensed , success is shared , culture has changed to embrace a new wave of ideas and potential innovation

Pros:

The proposition is transparant and easy to use. It challenges top down management style to embrace bottom up approach in facilitating and make better use of the capabilities, innovation strength and daily passion of their employees. The workforce has more pragmatic, efficient and effective solution to challenges than any so called manager can think of. Unveiled hidden treasures : enhanced solutions, workforce commitment and loyalty, just to mention some

Cons:

The proposition is all encompassing. Whilst intensively coached by Pridea one is sure of success in all stages needed from Ideation to Idea implementation with solid € results. Some companies feel that they should be able to master all steps within the process themselves.......less successful and no guarantee for success. Should these kind of (overly confident) companies need to just use a more ‘naked version’ of Xibe ?

Finally a complete solution for brainstorming and innovation

Easy to use. Enables a better proposition to my clients. Online brainstorming and innovation is now possible. No fear of losing sticky notes or struggling to manage ideas in an excel. This is next gen!

Pros:

Very easy to use and support the complete proces of ideation. Simply add ideas to a challenge and collect hundreds. No more sticky notes and and struggles to manage the ideas. Everything is in the tool, and everyone can comment, like or express support for ideas. I like the feature were an expert panel (or any panel you like) can select the best ideas. The tool than helps you with the fulfillment of the chosen ideas, like a project. Everything is easy accessible, you can upload documents, add comments and have the tool send messages to participant. Which this tool was available in my workshop days.

Cons:

As the tool support almost all functions in idea-creation and fulfillment, it takes time to explore all features. A link to tools like Miro will bee helpful. I understand this we be in one of the next releases.

De oplossing om snel, eenvoudig en waardevol om te gaan met je mensen en hun ideeën

Naast een eenvoudige lancering en integratie begint, in ons geval, het feest. Een lancering met 300+ managers die op 1 dag tijdens een groots event de kickoff 'live' meemaakten. Een beter en kritisch publiek is er niet. Ideeën vlogen in het systeem, uitwerkingen en berekening werden gemaakt en onder begeleiding van PRidea werden zelfs de eerste serie ideeën uitgewerkt en gelanceerd of ge-pitched.

eenvoud, overzicht en makkelijk op te schalen naar meerdere gebruikers. Door styling werkt het voor meerdere generaties zonder drempels

Cons:

als je eenmaal aan begint is het lastig om los te laten. :)

Geweldig manier om alle medewerkers vroegtijdig te betrekken.

De software levert een sterke bijdrage aan het betrekken van medewerkers in gewenste verandering van de organisatie. Door ideeën met elkaar te delen en reacties terug te geven werkt dit transparant, snel en werkplek onafhankelijk.

Ik gebruik de software als tool ter ondersteuning van verander programma's binnen organisaties om medewerkers te betrekken en hun kennis en innovatieve ideeën met elkaar te delen en op te pakken om uit te voeren. Er zitten ook formule tools in waardoor het makkelijk is om de te verwachten opbrengst of besparingen te berekenen.

Cons:

Lijkt complex maar is het niet. gebruiksgemak is relatief eenvoudig.
