Impressive product

Still in the early stages of set-up. Getting easier to use.[sensitive content hidden] has been responsive and helpful. I was very surprised she contacted me when I did not sign up after the free trial. I had moved on to another, less appropriate product because it wasn't clear that C2W would be a fit. [sensitive content hidden] is working with me to get a workflow

Just what I needed.

From the onboard to present they have exceeded expectations. Navigating is simple. It’s easy to read the screen. We have over 100 items that we inventory but stock thousands of each item and it’s been great.

Customization gets a 10 star rating for my application. C2W has worked tirelessly to make sure my system is always running the way I need it too.

Cons:

I don’t have any cons for C2W. The customer service is impeccable. They respond within minutes. We are an expanding small business and happy I found a company that will help me grow.

Our company has been using C2W Inventory for a year now, and I could not be happier with our decision to go with them over other options. Their software has worked flawlessly, and their most significant attribute is their customer service. Anna, in particular, was invaluable during the implementation process. She even had the programmer make a few minor tweaks to the software to suit our needs better. A+++ for their service!

This Small Business Highly Recommends C2W

Searching for a system that would work well with a tremendous amount of inventory; which comes from several manufacturers and is stored in eight different buildings was a struggle. We sell both wholesale and retail; online and in person. C2W met every need that we had on each front. Armed with an Android cell, the fact that items can be "picked" with an accompanying photo is huge. This feature will greatly improve keeping accurate inventory. It will also save a tremendous amount time when filling orders. Our invoices can range from one item, to sixty items and with only two full time laborers, time management is essential. The system essentially pays for itself with this feature alone.

Very user friendly, the tech support is amazing and the cost is very reasonable. Being a small business, we needed something affordable.

Cons:

Any questions we had were addressed and resolved quickly. We've experienced no cons, C2W has exceeded our expectations.

It hits all the aspects needed to manage your inventory. It might seem a little perplex at first, but with their great support team I was contacted within minutes on the question I had about the system. They have even let me setup a day to zoom call! They answered all of my questions and show you step by step details on how to run the system that best fit your needs. I even gave them recommendations on a report I would like to see come from the system. They took it in consideration and the next day I was able to access that report!

Cons:

There really isn't any cons. With a great system and support team you can't get any better than that.(:

We love the C2W Inventory system. It was super easy to pick up - no need for any special training, and their videos are right on the point if you have questions. It's been a game changer for our trading company, keeping our food stock in check and alerting us when it's time to order more. It's just what we needed to keep everything running on track and our shelves stocked

It's easy to navigate, and quick support is always available when needed. The current stock view screen is a standout feature; it allows us to view our inventory by location and filter items to show those with or without zero inventory.

Cons:

I wish it was compatible with IOS to make it accessible on IPhones and IPads.
