Cons:

Manual clicks don't scale well. For repeatable infrastructure or automation, you need the CLI, SDK or IAC tools like terraform. It's not easy to version control or audit infra changes done via the UI.

S3 Buckets: Store and retrieve data with proper object storage. EC2 Instances: Creates, launches, and manages the virtual servers. Lambda Functions: Runs code without managing servers.

Cons:

It's pay per use feature isn't that likeable as it seems. We may not know or may not be able to estimate budget while using and the risk is there of its going out of control. So, it should be used only by experts or under the guidance of an advisor.
