About Clean Smarts
Clean Smarts is a janitorial software designed to help commercial cleaning businesses manage work orders, assign shifts to staff members and communicate with customers on a unified interface. It provides a barcode scanning functionality, allowing employees to log in/out of service locations and update the status across job tasks in real-time.
Administrators can track workers’ location via GPS to record working hours and process payroll according to timesheets. Clean Smarts enables cleaners to view descriptions and images related to registered issues and update notes after they are resolved. Additionally, teams can utilize the iOS and Android mobile applications to perform inspections and update checklists.
Clean Smarts lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications such as QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Payroll, Paycom and more. Pricing is based on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via FAQs, knowledge base, email and phone.

We are very happy with it. There are rarely any issues and when we do get some, they are quick to fix them. In our line of business, it almost feels as if Clean Smarts was designed for us specifically. It fits our operations like a glove, and allows us to do reporting effortlessly, ensuring our payroll is always well done. Which is extremely important for us.
