慣れていない人でも比較的簡単に作成・編集・集計ができること。トータルでとても使いやすい、良いサービスだと思います。

Cons:

価格がじわじわと上がっていること。我々は非営利団体で予算も限られているため、これ以上上がると厳しい。無料で使えるGoogleフォーム等に乗り換えも検討中。

Pros:

難しい知識は必要なく、必要なカテゴリーを選んだ行くだけでできてしまいます。こう出来たらいいのに自分の考え通りに作成できます。デザインもシンプルで詳細な設定もいろいろとできます。

Cons:

条件に合わなくてフォームを複数作らなければならないことが多々あったので、分岐条件の選択をもう少し幅を広げていけたら使い勝手が良くなると思います。

概ね満足している。他社の類似商品が余程良い機能がない限り乗り換える気は現段階ではない。

フォームのコピーが出来るので毎月開催するキャンペーンなどは手間が大幅に軽減されるので嬉しい。

Cons:

独自ドメインを使用した自動返信や受付通知の設定が難しい。不備が出たら怖いので今はデフォルトを使用しているが本当なら独自ドメインを使いたい。

とにかくインターフェイスが良く、初心者でも使いやすい。パソコンに詳しくない人でも直感的に操作できる。

Cons:

不明点があった時にお問合せがしにくい。トラブルシューティングのページなど設置しているがそれ以外のことを質問したい時に大変手間がかかる。チャットボットなどを設置してくれるとユーザーとしては助かる。

基本的なフォームはマニュアルを読まなくても直感的に操作できるような仕組みになっているので、とても使いやすいと思います。htmlの知識がなくても簡単なランディングページを作成できるのも便利で、期間限定のキャンペーンなどに使用するには十分な機能だと思います。

Cons:

デザイン設定の柔軟性が低いと感じます。細かな調整があまりできないので。テンプレートの種類をもう少し増やしてほしいです。回答のエクスポートは以前可能だった絞り込み後のデータをダウンロードできるようにしてほしいです。

ドラッグ＆ドロップで設定が簡単

弊社ではお客様のホームページ制作を行っているため、問合せフォーム、アンケート、採用応募などを埋め込んで設置している。設置作業が効率的で、コスパが大変よいこと。

プログラミング知識がなくてもフィールドなどの設置がドラッグ＆ドロップで素早く設置できる点。集計機能がついているので、ブラウザ上でアンケート結果などが即座に確認できる。

Cons:

Englishバージョンを選択できるようにしてほしい。海外向けのサイト制作が増えているため。

Form Mailer（フォームメーラー）使いやすくお勧めだと思います。

日常業務の効率化という面としては、導入前と後ではかなり向上したと思います。このまま使っていきたいと考えています。

メールが瞬時に届くことです。把握、確認したい事項がメールで来て、メールごとに管理しやすいと思います。

Cons:

１、機能としてとてもシンプルだと思うのですが、メールで着信して未開封であれば未開封アラートがあるとメールの見落としが無くて良いと思います。２、フォームメーラーの受信者側で利用をしていますが、メール本文で必要なデータはきちんと届くものの、そのメール本文内容そのものを、例えばWordやExcelなどにエクスポートできるようなプログラムや、システムがあるとなお良いと思いました。
