- ability to "implement" our legal checklist within the workflow- integration with docusign- customizable forms that can be sent to third parties

Cons:

- not fully mobile optimized- new features take a while to implement

Pactly tools for contract management

It's easy to use and can link to most of e-signature platform as DocuSign or Adobe-sign

Cons:

Sometimes, it does not work really well with the e-signature platform, especially with Adobe-sign - except for signatories, cannot copy more relevant people to receive the executed copy for contract generated from Pactly

Powerful tool for contract review and tracking on the status of the agreement. Look forward to use Pactly as repository. Helpful team in answering queries and incorporating our requirements for our contract workflow.

Cons:

Document cannot be locked (e.g. restrict editing) for drafts generated by Pactly.
