Great and efficient way to manage agreements and contracts

The platform is really easy to use, and their customer service is top-notch. We have had a few touchpoints with their Superlegal team to review the process, ask questions, and provide feedback. They're incredibly friendly and supportive. As a customer, I genuinely feel they are interested in our feedback and want to provide the best possible product and support.

Pros:

I love the ability to upload an agreement (typically SaaS - as a customer) and have the platform review and provide thorough redlines within 24 hours. Previous to Superlegal, we used external counsel to review agreements and this typically took 5-10 days. This has allowed us to complete agreements and have better protection for our company. Better yet, we run more of our agreements through legal review now than we were in the past (because people didn't want to spend or waste time waiting).

Cons:

So far, we haven't found anything we don't like about Superlegal.

Super straightforward to set up, and easy to deploy on a team with repeatable legal needs (i.e. customer MSAs)

Cons:

It isn't immediately intuitive how to upload multiple versions or how to track changes between versions, and it could be easier to connect with a lawyer on questions related to the AI redlines, but you are able to do those things once you understand the proper channels.

Reasons for switching to Superlegal

Faster turnaround and the same price as the "discount" lawyer we had on retainer who could not handle as much volume.

Powerful AI tool, accurate and efficient. It cuts down my legal review time significantly. The support team is great and any changes to the playbook are done quickly. The dashboard is easy to use.

Cons:

Some of our contracts aren't standardized so we don't use Superlgal to review those redlines.

Outstanding Contract Review AI

We looked everywhere for an effective redlining tool for complex contracts, and SuperLegal has by far the best solution. SuperLegal's support team made the setup a breeze, and customized the AI very quickly based on our needs and specifications.
