About Asset.Desk

Asset.Desk is an on-premise IT asset management platform, that helps midsize companies handle hardware and software data and manage inventory, contracts and licenses on a unified platform. Features include warehouse management, multi-tenancy, invoicing, role-based permissions and cash flow management.

Asset.Desk lets professionals save inventory data through barcode, NFC or RFID scanning and map asset lifecycle with licenses and contracts. It helps users scan remote SNMP devices and read device data from Windows, Linux or Solaris systems. IT teams can prepare network structures diagrams and manage disposal, transfers and images through the application. Supervisors can control commercial device data such as purchase, leasing, or depreciation, track license usage and map individual license landscapes.

Asset.Desk offers integration with Active Directory and various third-party ERP or system management tools. It comes with mobile applications for iOS and Android. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email and phone.
