Cons:

Por estar em evolução constante, algumas funcionalidades ainda não atingem o máximo de suas capacidades, mas nada que denigre o produto.

Facil de configurar, utilizar e facilita bastante a aproximação humanizada com o lead/cliente.

Cons:

Fazemos muitas reuniões pelo meet do Google, se tivesse uma forma de utilizar as chamadas com mais de 3 pessoas, seria muito bom. Sei que o objetivo da plataforma não é esse, mas se tivesse, eu usaria.
