Toda empresa precisa ter!

Eu gostei muito do sistema, Eu acho que toda empresa que preze pelo atendimento ao cliente deveria ter. Ajuda muito no dia a dia e sem falar que o cliente não fica esperando.

A facilidade de configurar os sistema, tudo muito simples e objetivo. Eu não precisei de ajuda do suporte, em poucas horas já estava com meu atendimento funcionando.

Cons:

Falta adicionar etiquetas para você personalizar até onde seu futuro cliente chegou e assim poder fazer propagandas direcionadas

Pros:

Promptchat is an exceptional AI chatbot builder. Its user-friendly interface, extensive customization options, and robust AI capabilities make it a standout choice for creating chatbots. The platform’s flexibility enables users to build chatbots for various applications, from customer support to marketing.

Cons:

My least favorite aspect of Promptchat perhaps its limited integration with CRM systems. But surely this isnt big issue. Overall i love the product.
