Excellent customer service

MyPass LMS is a well supported system and the team are always quick to make improvements and listen to customer requirements. It was a positive move for us in terms of ensuring we moved forward in the learning management space.

This LMS was very well supported by a team that were always willing to help and even go above and beyond to try and meet customer expectations.

Cons:

There were some technical issues at times relating to new customisation, but I think these could be overcome with careful planning and consideration of scale.

Inexpensive Custom Enterprise LMS

Online self paced/ Virtual classroom based certifications has helped our business grow in the past 2 years. MyPass team assigned a development manager to this project who has helped me and my team with any requirements/configurations with the systemm.

Pros:

Based on the initial discussion with the MyPass team and other LMS systems we realized, that we needed something custom to provide our courses in the dental space. The MyPass team configured the inbuilt ecommerce platform and integrated the solution with the exisitng website. Apart from self paced courses, we were able to leverage the online classrooms for Zoom Webinars. On the fly translation from English - Spanish for email\Text communication is one of the most used features.

Cons:

N/A. There hasn't been anything so far that the Dev team has not been able to build for our requirements

Reasons for choosing MyPass LMS

Cost was the deciding factor. MyPass LMS cost for customizations and support was about 1/3rd of any of the competitors. Also their Dev team did all the data migration from our previous in house implementation which was included in the setup costs. They brought in their technical staff right from first demo meeting and answered any questions that we had in great detail during those meetings. So never felt like we were sitting in a sales pitch, rather felt like an active discussion of trying to understand the product, teams capabilities and requirements without wasting any time.

Reasons for switching to MyPass LMS

Our Inhouse system was broken and it was not cost effective to continue to develop and maintain it. MyPass LMS has come in at about half of the cost without any headaches

Very Customizable & Great Customer Experience

We used MyPass for over 4 years and it was a great experience, we had a few ups and downs but the team always did what they could to support us and resolving the issues. I would highly recommend the LMS for smaller organisations. It would be good if there could be more AI integrations to help with reporting and keeping up with the modern technologies. Overall we had a great experience with the LMS.

Pros:

MyPass is extremely customizable, and the team are very supportive in making the LMS your own. The system is very easy to navigate and complete the training or upload training records. Their customer support is beyond helpful, the team were available at all hours and they were very professional.

Cons:

We had a few reporting issues where the system wasn't recording records correctly which caused us a few snowballing issues however the ease of use within the LMS I can't fault.

For what we were looking for MyPass was the right fit, we wanted something that was cost effective but customizable

Fully integrated custom LMS

Our Organization deals in onboarding multiple clients and providing custom e-learning content to their users, with personal dashboards and branding. With the customized Mypass LMS we were able to solve the issue by having a single instance for all our clients and branding done at individual org level..

Pros:

MyPass LMS is a complete learning solution with range of functionalities which are critical for online learning. Our team loved the fact that it is multilingual and they can switch the platform to any new language swiftly, this helped us to increase our reach to global customers. MyPass implementation team was patient, knowledgeable and proactive, ensuring the smoothest implementation possible. Would definitely recommend to any one in need of online learning and certification. Custom integrations around our existing projects helped us tremendously.

Cons:

Video conferencing integration is with Zoom but Microsoft teams. It is something on the Road map and will be launched in February 2021.

Reasons for choosing MyPass LMS

Enterprise custom solution provided by Mypass team was about 1/3 of the cost of any of the competitors. Other solutions were SAAS based and would not do any customizations or needed an enterprise licensing which was cost prohibitive. Mypass professional services after the initial implementation for any future customizations was very lucrative.

Prohibitive cost of maintaining and development of new features in our own LMS.

Affordable Custom Learning Management System

After analyzing multiple solution for our LMS requirements, we selected MyPass LMS. Their initial hand-holding process is excellent as the implementation team goes above and beyond to ensure all the admins and the support staff are trained and well equipped to handle the product efficiently.

Pros:

Enterprise license with exceptional pricing plan which included white labeling and advanced modules which were custom built for out business. In-built CRM was a key.

Cons:

Initially it will take time to become fluid to use the platform and leverage all MyPass LMS's features. Even though they have an excellent on-boarding team hand-holding you in every step, it will be an uphill task to adapt for someone new to digital platform.

Reasons for choosing MyPass LMS

The tipping point in MyPass’s favor was customization of features critical to our business without burning a hole in our pocket, configuration to fit into our workflows and in-built CRM(We were on the look-out for a CRM tool) at a affordable price.
