One can easily learn all the BASE and Advance SAS features and learn it.Easy to learn and debug the code.East to train anyone about SAS on this platform.

Cons:

Sometimes it works slow with some of its features like procedures like proc sql when the data size is very huge.

Because we are working professionals in Bank where data has to be secured and SAS has that data security features unlike other open source tool like Syder etc.
