About SmartMon

SmartMon is a platform that combines features of a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) system to optimize the efficiency and quality of production in any type of machinery, whether old or new.

It is designed to help businesses monitor and measure the productivity of manufacturing machinery. It enables organizations to automatically collect, store and analyze data related to machine failures, defective parts, employee resources and more on a centralized platform.

Stakeholders can use the platform to track and record information related to product origin details and raw materials used in the manufacturing process. The administrative dashboard enables managers to monitor business analytics based on facility location, area, work center and shift timings. Additionally, the HR module allows supervisors to assign tasks to employees, calculate premiums or incentives based on work hours and track staff performance.

La mejor opción calidad/precio que he encontrado

Unidades producidas, velocidad de la producción, motivos de parada, defectos, averías, recopila datos en tiempo real para poder analizar comportamiento de las máquinas,. Hemos mejorado productividad al eliminar papel y operaciones manuales. ROI en muy pocos meses. Toma de decisiones en base a información contrastada.

Entiendien perfectamente la necesidad, integración en tiempo record, actualizaciones constantes, servicio postventa muy bueno. Soy consciente que hay muchos fabricantes en el mercado, algunos demasiado enfocados a gestión de personas, en cambio me decanto por Smartmon por gestionar perfectamente la parte de fabricación y costes.

Cons:

Se ha adaptado perfectamente a mis necesidades.

Genial

Es software es muy útil para mejorar la producción de las máquinas ya que nos da el OEE y otros indicadores importantes. En poco tiempo hemos alcanzado objetivos que antes no podríamos obtener.El proceso de instalación ha sido bastante rápido y no han tenido problemas ni sorpresas.La interfaz de usuario es muy amigable y da gusto trabajar con ya que ofrece datos muy bien representados y fáciles de entender.Además es muy eficiente y no le vemos limitaciones en el rendimiento.

Es muy fácil de utilizar por el operario de planta. Ayuda a identificar y resolver los problemas de la producción. Los reportes de OEE, productividad y calidad son muy fáciles de interpretar. Ha tenido muy buena aceptación entre nuestro equipo.

Cons:

No hemos tenido problemas, quizás por decil algo, el tiempo de implantación puede ser largo, entre 3 y 6 semanas, cuando en una empresa hay muchos trabajadores.
