Loved the tool and so nothing cons as of now

If you are a freelancer or small-scale business owner, this is a must-have tool to boost your sales pipeline.

Nothing really. I low-key want to gatekeep this product because I don't want to lose on exclusive support and the amazing quality product they are building.

They sometimes reply on LinkedIn and via Mail but with huge delays.

I've never left any bad reviews in my life but my patience was exercised to the limit. We paid for an unlimited plan of $699. We used it for a month. Then canceled. The next month we were not charged. But another month later we got charged for an unknown reason. We reached out to FirstSales asking for a refund. They replied that they did it. After 10 days nothing landed on our bank account. They promised to check it. After a while, they mentioned again that this time they had processed the refund. It would take 5-10 days. After 10 days still nothing. We reached out again to their [sensitive content hidden] on LinkedIn. He promised to check. A few days later I got a message: "I will get the requested details for you by morning from Stripe for the tracking number." Nothing came by morning. He didn't keep his word. In a few days, I followed up, and the [sensitive content hidden] asked me to reach out by email. Then he CC-d another team member who had to handle the deal. He didn't handle anything - just asked me to reach out to their dedicated support channel. I explained all over again and got an autoreply about 72 working hours (it's 9 days!!) of waiting time for resolution. I have been running in circles for almost 2 months. Seems FirstSales just wants to exhaust me and not planning to solve the issue.

It provides a minimal yet effective sales outreach software that makes it easy to get in touch with your potential customers. The user interface is designed to be simple, while the features are robust enough to cover all your needs. The way the tool is designed, I can say that Firstsales will surely help me close more deals and generate more revenue.

All the essential features that would require in a cold email outreach program are available. I wish it evolves to support more CRMs and gives the ability to enrich the profiles uploaded to the program in future

Automation, Split test, Outreach of the cold emails. All these helped in pipelining my sales and revenue.

I researched for more than half an hour to find the cons of the software, but trust me, I did not find any.

Great experience with first sales, I started to use this for the email warmup tool - but now planning to begin with cold emailing as well.

The fact that free trial is only for 7 days :'(
