Jepto is digital marketing platform designed to help businesses of all sizes monitor websites and analyze marketing data across various channels.

Jepto allows teams to monitor, detect, acknowledge and resolve anomalies using machine learning-enabled tools. Additionally, supervisors can forecast and define key productivity indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress across multiple marketing channels such as Google Ads.

Jepto offers an application programming interface (API), which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications including Zapier and Google Data Studio. Pricing is based on monthly and annual subscriptions and support is extended via knowledge base, FAQs, email and chat.

A solid analytics and KPI app to Optimize your Marketing Campaigns

I'm satisfied and I think the anomaly detector, predictive insights and automation are features that every company should consider adding to their tech stack.

It's a very simple but powerful app and the data is well presented and easy to read even for nonexperienced marketers The KPI's are displayed so we can immediately ROI and see what to adjust and where

Cons:

Nothing, it serves the job but sometimes i had a few slowdowns and glitches that support fixed in 24 hours

We haven't had any other feedback that the tool was hard to use so if you can share your experience on what was difficult with us we can look to improve the onboarding process. Powerful tool and I've only scratched the surface

Overall I'm pleased with Jepto and plan to continue using it. I believe there are powerful tools available here, and I know I'm only using a small fraction of them. For me, the tools associated with Google Business Profile have proved very helpful as I manager several profiles for clients.

Pros:

I primarily use Jepto for Google Business Profile data collection (sending to Big Query) and now I also use it to monitor for profile changes. They have recently added more GBP monitoring tools that I'm really excited about. I've just started diving into them, but they are very economical in comparison with other GBP monitoring tools.

Cons:

I don't feel that the setup is very intuitive. Although I will say, I was able to find everything I needed in their documentation. I just remember it being confusing at first. That being said, once it's setup, there's little you have to do, as it just keeps working.

Reasons for choosing Jepto

I am comparing Jepto's monitoring of GBP changes to the same feature recently provided by Whitespark. I have yet to make a final determination, but from what I've seen so far, I think Jepto will be the winner. I am particularly interested in monitoring 'services' that get added to profiles by Google.

a great-to-have marketing alerts tool

I have the lifetime deal so I don't really expect much. They seem to position themselves for agencies but to be honest it may work better for consultants.

Anomaly detection is great for managing the campaigns. Pretty good and modern UI and UX. Simplifies the analytics. Exactly what we need to know. We can monitor the FB ads budgets in one dashboard. Email notifications if changes in conversions (if too low). Google Search Console - Keyword tracking is really helpful.

Cons:

Would like to see the following options: - Google Ads KPI for Goals, Conversions, and CTR. - Automating Facebook Reviews.

i have not harnessed to full capability of this software; i use the app to keep track of clients ads spend budget. With its budget projection capability your client is safe all the time; email notification comes handy too as it notifies you at your set day of the week.
