About miEdge

miEdge is a sales intelligence platform that helps insurance agencies, brokers, and insurers market precisely and sell efficiently. Unlike generic sales intelligence tools, miEdge provides comprehensive, insurance-specific prospect profiles for employee benefits and both commercial property and casualty and personal lines coverage. miEdge aggregates, normalizes, and enriches millions of data points from dozens of sources—from company or household demographic data to policies in force to OSHA inspections. Insurance agencies and brokers use this data to run targeted prospecting campaigns and sell with a deep understanding of client needs. Insurers use miEdge to identify the best-fit agency and brokerage partners. miEdge integrates with customer relationship management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce. It also connects with virtually any tech stack via its RESTful API.

Users can count on data that’s up-to-date, accurate, and actionable. • Flexible data access: Within the miEdge interface, you can easily search, filter, view, and export relevant profiles. Or, use miEdge data within your CRM or agency management system (AMS) workflows. • Alerts: Set up notifications for specific companies to uncover events that might impact proposals. • RESTful API: A full range of miEdge data can easily be connected to existing tech stacks, even when custom integrations are required

    Ease of use and excellent back room support along with thorough training have combined to make this an overall good experience.
    Cons:
    The expense vs. ROI is still yet to be determined. We believe that this investment will pay off in the long run however.

    Sales Cloud is decent, but there can be improvements

    Overall, I would not use this again. Unless your needs match what the software offers (do your research!!!), then I would stay away from this. It is okay.

    This product does have significant functionalities that can be utilize to service my business, and handle customer service operation. Additionally, there are many partners that understand the tool, and there is a good consulting partnership.
    Cons:
    This product is very expensive, so keep that in mind. It is additionally hard to utilize this software compared to other platforms. Unless you're completely certain about the needs of your project, be wary because this software will require a lot of internal change in terms of management inside the company.
