    We want our marketing to have that personal touch and this makes the task time-consuming, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team have worked with us to reduce the time needed to do this which has now allowed us to spend more time in other areas of the business.

    - Sentt saves time us time meaning that we can focus our time on the really important areas of our business - Allows us to keep our personal touch on our communications to our clients - Saves us money on labour and printing materials - Removes room for error in our letters to clients
    Cons:
    Still very early days so this is not really a con and more of a suggestion for the future. Some more customisable options would be good ie, paper weight, colour.

    I've already seen some return on investment by using Sentt - customers have come back to me and complimented the post they received and were extremely happy with the personal touch they provide. Support has been good too - whenever I wanted to do something I didn't know how I just asked on the live chat and received a reply within a few hours! Overall I'm very happy with this product. AND it's cheaper than sending the letter by hand! Can't get better than that surely?

    The ability to send a fully personalised card to as many of my contacts as I like with just a few clicks of a button is really a game changer for me. Generic "Dear Occupier" post just doesn't work nearly as well as this!
    Cons:
    The previews of your postcard can sometimes take a little while to load but it's a small gripe as it doesn't really affect the workflow.

    Nothing Complete Rip off do not use or subscripe
    Cons:
    Signed up as part of our ServiceM8 Integration to help us manage a large contract, Nightmare to set up, Support Non Existant. We have been trying to cancel the subscription for well over 12 Months but No Response from Sentt, Emails, Calls Etc. Now reporting to the bank and FCA As still taking £15.00 Per Month from the bank account. You have been warned!

    A fabulous product

    Our online digital marketing on social media or via email, is often ignored, and only responded to by a handful of our patients, so we wanted something more focussed and direct. The capacity to add anything in Sentt to the mailing, including QR codes, means that it integrates smoothly. Being able to contact people directly and creatively by post, in such a simple, and cost effective manner, is a breath of fresh air. The feedback has been really positive.

    We love the quality and simplicity of Sentt. The capacity to target patients and send something beautiful and personal through the post, very quickly and cheaply is wonderful, and just what our business needs. It suits us perfectly to be able to send completely personalised information out - and great that it is not clogging up people's inboxs, and being ignored.
    Cons:
    A couple of addresses were difficult to verify, but this was a minor annoyance in relation to the price and everything else.

    It's a perfect piece of software for anyone who wants to send out real post to their customers, really easy to use and budget friendly. Our plan is to continue using it as one of the ways we communicate with our customers

    We've been considering to add direct mail to our marketing mix for some time but never got round to doing it. When we heard about Sentt, we have decided to give it a go almost instantaneously. We were surprised to learn how easy it is to use and how reasonably priced it is. We were also pleasantly surprised that there is no minimum print run with Sentt which gave us confidence as we wanted to start with a smaller test run before we do a larger send. Designing the letter was very straight forward (we used Canva plug-in) and being able to use your own merge fields allowed us to make the letter very personalised to each individual customer of ours.
    Cons:
    So far it's been very good, we can't complain. Every question we had, or anything that wasn't clear to us, was answered or clarified by Sentt support team.

    Being able to design and send out quick and personal updates has been a great advantage. Many of my clients ignore emails but the personalised postcards have been so well received. It doesn't compare to any other marketing I've tried.

    I really appreciate the ease of use and the capacity to totally personalise my direct marketing. The quality of the design and print and the exceedingly modest pricing, with no minimum means that as a small business I can target my clients on a one to one basis if I want. I absolutely love it!
    Cons:
    The only difficulty I experienced was with initially uploading my ancient version Excel spreadsheet, but Sentt staff helped to sort out a work around.

    We are using Sentt to reach out to exisiting customers and also to market for new customers, rather than using email marketing. The whole process was easy and we are awaiting the results of the first batch of letters.

    Sentt was very easy to use as it is user friendly and intuitive. The ability to customised your letters and postcards with any design is brilliant. Sorting recipients on category or area was easy to do. It is great to be able to do mail marketing in such an easy way, and it links to Xero and serviceM8.
    Cons:
    Some addresses could not be used due to the database of addresses used, however I informed Sentt of this issue and it has now been sorted out.

    It is really easy to use, you upload your documents (brochures etc) and can immediately send to people you have set up with a cover letter, it hasn't ever been so simple but effective before.
    Cons:
    I do not believe so far that there are many cons, for someone like me who does not deal with tech day in, day out, I have found it a breeze and the contact team are so easy to deal with.

    Found the design feature easy to use and allowed me to produce the post card I wanted to.
    Cons:
    Some of the addresses were coming back as unrecognised even when entering manually so this prevented me sending the postcard to all my customers.
