TextSanity users can create keyword campaigns that can send and collect multiple points of data through an automated text message flow. But that's just the beginning. Users can also schedule personal or mass messages in advance, easily send mass text messages to all or any segment of their contacts, use web forms to get text message list opt-ins from online sources, build a text message chatbot and create text message drip campaigns to add to your sales funnel.

Makes Real Estate Easy!

Our experience with TextSanity has been great. The support has been easy to access, and everyone we've worked with has been friendly. We're very satisfied with our TextSanity account.

Pros:

TextSanity is very easy to use, and simplifies our Real Estate business daily. We use the keyword codes on our listing signs, and when clients text in they are automatically sent information about the home. We capture leads and potential clients get information about homes they are interested in. It's a win-win!

Cons:

We wish that new lead sign-up emails could go out to multiple people, instead of just the account manager. It would be great if leads could be auto-assigned to our agents! Right now we make do with our admin staff monitoring incoming leads and assigning them to our agents.

I enjoy the ability to 1.) change my plan to cater around event times and 2.) how simple it is to mass send updates etc.. to those signed up

Cons:

The mobile app is lacking. The website is basic which can be nice but is feels that it needs something else. When signing up with opt in messages sometimes names don't copy over and its just a number. When uploading excel file contacts there is ALWAYS an error even when following all steps. Should just create a template that is plug and play or work on fixing the generator.

It has been good. I wouldn't say it's the BEST experience ever but it isn't the worst. There is always someone to chat to if help is needed. I just wish there were more features and functions... and analytics!!

I like the simplicity of TextSanity. There isn't a lot of "fluff". It's to the point and direct and a very SIMPLE way to store contacts and send broadcasts.

Cons:

It is missing analytics and easy of use. It feels very 'old school' and could definitely have more "bells and whistles" for the user.

It's very easy to use. Unlimited keywords. The drip campaigns rule.

Cons:

It needs more Zapier functions. I hear they are in development with this right now.

Insane guesswork pricing

Prices and charges kept changing after agreed to package was provided and messages were sent.

I didn't like anything about it since the prices and packages kept changing.

Cons:

The sales guy kept re-writing what actually happened to make himself look good, but this had nothing to do with the facts.
