Fast and Efficient Assigning

We have been able to focus more on client retention as we spend less time on assigning. It is extremely user friendly. Our therapists are much happier receiving notifications from cliniCONNECTS vs texts and phone calls from the admin team. It has made everyone more productive.

Pros:

The fact that you are in charge of setting up the algorithm's parameters is what makes this system stand above. We have different branches of our company and they do not have to have the same settings. This system works how you need it to work for you. The personalization is top notch. We have had features customized and reports added. They are great at working with you to determine your needs and how to solve the problem.

Cons:

We choose to make the system very personalized for us. This did add time on the "set up" side which was not easy in the moment but the benefits far outweigh the set up time.

I love that all the information that used to be in our intake coordinators head is now built in to the software!

Cons:

I prefer my therapists to not feel like they have a choice to accept or not.

I did not trial other products. I liked what I saw when we demo'd Cliniconnects and didn't need to look further.

Pros:

I enjoy this software’s ease of use and organization. It makes it easy to accept clients, view all clients, and track visits.

Cons:

The software originally did not show past/completed visits, but they added this option. With this addition, I have 0 complaints with the cliniCONNECTS app.

Game Changer

Our clinic has received enormous support from the CliniConnects team. "Above and beyond" is the phrase that applies here.

Pros:

Gone are the days when we spent time manually assigning therapists referrals. CliniConnects has increased our therapists' productivity and also allows them to manage their caseloads independently.

Cons:

The interface could be a bit more attractive and user friendly.
