About TRIARQ Health

TRIARQ Health offers a cloud-based medical practice management solution. Key features include electronic health records (EHR), practice management, health community integration, patient portals, direct messaging and patient reminders.

TRIARQ offers a fully integrated EHR that manages critical patient information needed at the point of care. The practice management system includes a certified, meaningful use EHR and ICD-10 compliant practice management service. The solution is also able to automatically update online health records with any new lab results.

TRIARQ Connectors provide secure links between the office, patients, other healthcare providers, off-site labs and other facilities. The solution also enables practices to interface directly with hospitals, immunization registries and public health agencies.

Online portals give patients digital access to lab results, provide a destination to research providers and offers tools and dashboards to coordinate care and monitor outcomes. Users can send secure messages, schedule appointments, request online prescriptions and receive payments online.

Pros:

I loved that this is a windows based program and can be customized to each user. Each Physician can choose how they want there dashboard to look. We have been using this product since 2012 and it hasn't changed much. EMR is very user friendly. PM side is challenging especially if you have to move money from one account to another.

Cons:

I would say the cons we have come across are MIPS filing and the dragon. When using the dragon it does not have good voice recognition which can be frustrating to the Physicians. The MIPS filing for quality measures are very limited and most are not for a "Neurosurgical Practice". We have had to pay for a registry in order to keep compliant.

Pros:

The ease of use for all users is my favorite part of Triarq. I can train end users and providers in a relatively short period of time. All like the customization to adapt to our practice.

Cons:

I wish you could do more from the calendar screen or be able to cancel appointments from the dashboard.

I am a pediatric physician in a solo private practice in NYC.

I am a solo practitioner in a pediatric practice in NYC. I have used the EHR and practice management programs since we started the practice in August of 2014. It is easy to learn, intuitive and easy to train. It streamlines the work flow and makes the office run more smoothly and efficiently. As a result it saves time and money!

It is very user friendly and easy for new employees to learn. The training is really quite simple even for those with minimal computer experience.

Cons:

Therer are times when the cloud/internet can run a little slowly but that is typical with any software program.
