Getting Started with Vagaro

Overall, it's been a great few weeks. I am about to complete my setup for two different companies under one login, on one platform, streamlined with Vagaro's payment processing.

What I like most as a business owner is the value for money. While most other platforms charge large fees, Vagaro does not. Their customer support is amazing! While most other EMR customer support teams struggled to understand the obligations I have regarding patient care, they were more than willing to reschedule appointments. Their system's ease of use is beyond comparison. I struggled setting up my own webspace with other products, but their University and help videos, as well as other features such as their payment processing, API, and other technical items, helped save time. So, for $23.99, I get a base plan, but I can add on and delete as my company's needs change! Most of their add-ons are just $10.00. I can use the domain that I have already purchased. Their widgets and links, as well as the software's look and feel, are very professional. They have helped me to create a trusted and branded look and feel for my services and products!
Cons:
Nothing. I have not encountered anything that they aren't willing to work on or help me with. I asked that they help me set up SOAP notes, and they were more than willing to walk me through "another" FREE tutorial class!

Reasons for switching to Vagaro

Ease of use is important to me. I deal with patients all day. I don't want to fight with software.

I enjoy using Vagaro as a customer. The process to sign up for my spa appointments are so effortless. I love that you can book online at anytime during the day and see the schedule and appointment calendars at a glance. They also have great customer service with text reminders and will answer any questions live. I am considering becoming a customer too as the price looks to be a good value for what you get.
Cons:
The platform feels a little dated and clunky. However, it does not take away from their client management or easy of use. I image it will be improved as time goes by to catch up with other more streamlined products.

Vagaro Keeps My Booking Chaos Under Control

Before I began using Vagaro, I was exchanging texts, DMS and phone calls just to book one appointment. Vagaro now allows my schedule to run pretty much itself, reminds clients about upcoming appointments, and reduces cancellations to simple conversations, rather than long drawn-out ones.

I am currently using Vagaro for all aspects of my business for scheduling appointments, moving clients around when they want to reschedule, and keeping my calendar organized so that it does not get chaotic. It helps me by allowing me to simply send them my booking link and allow them to select their own booking time.
Cons:
There are times when I will attempt to export a large group of appointment data and it takes longer than I would like. The reports work fine, however, I find myself wishing that Vagaro provided me with more clear insights into my business without me having to dig through multiple pages.
