The best tracking software out there for MacBooks, iPads and iPhones

HiddenApp does exactly what it says it does...and very well. No hesitations recommending this app to anyone. Great interface. Accurate tracking of the asset, ability to record photos and video. A superb product.

Pros:

HiddenApp gives you total peace of mind knowing that your expensive Apple products are fully protected should they go missing. The software operates at a completely different higher level compared to Apple's "Find My" app. I can wholeheartedly recommend HiddenApp to any Apple users. It's worth the money especially if your office runs the majority of its IT on Apple products.

Cons:

Initially giving the app permission to use the cameras and microphones and ensuring that the app works properly in the background on the various Apple devices but once that's done, it's plain sailing using the app.

They have been great. From meeting with the salesperson, Bjorn, to the implementation process. It's been a wonderful experience. They are indeed a great company that wants to help.

Pros:

The reliability of the application. The customer support has been great. We've contacted them a few times, and they were responsive and never made me feel like I was bothering them.

Cons:

I cannot use it for ALL my technology items: hotspots, TVs, tools, keyboards, audio equipment. It would be great if they had an "add-on" tracker that could be placed on objects like the Apple AirTag.

A great utility for your computer

It has been a very good experience and has saved my company a couple of times now where staff have lost machines for various reasons and allowed us to retrieve a machine when someone left the company with a unit.

Price if mind in protecting the machine. The ability to track it. To record who has it, and what they are doing if a machine is stolen.

Cons:

Only that you need to activate each section with system preferences in a Mac, but that is more to do with Apple’s security limitations than the app.

Yours suited exactly what i needed and it also worked on iOS devices too, which was another bonus.

They recommended you as they were closing down due to Apple’s security restrictions on the OS systems.

Pros:

With a completely distributed team and multiple company owned devices out there in the wild, we find HiddenApp's software an essential mobile device security add-on to our MDM solution. We tried several of the leading MDMs before committing to the one we now use & none of them matched HiddenApp’s ultra-accurate GPS device location tracking: a critical feature for us that we’ve used several times now to recover devices worldwide. The cost is negligible for the peace of mind that it offers!

Cons:

Although are generally an Apple eco system company, a windows based app would also be helpful. I believe that this is on the way soon.

Simple to use and does everything we need

We need to ensure safety of our equipment and have peace of mind that should anything happen to it, we can safely locate, track or remote wipe this. HiddenApp provides all of this functionality.

Integration and rollout of this software is very easy and provides instant cover. As you are able to name all the devices on a dashboard, it's efficient and ability to locate items is simple

The only thing I would mention is we use this on all our Apple Hardware, so would be nice to be able to use on non Apple also

The peace of mind it brings knowing that if your Apple products get lost or stolen, that you'll be able to track them down and hopefully get them back.

Cons:

Having to ensure that after setup that the permission to use the locator, camera and microphone are switched on. This should happen automatically.
