Meine Erfahrungen mit websms sind durchweg positiv. Das Service ist einfach in der Handhabung, läuft zuverlässig und ist optimal in unsere Abläufe integriert. Ich nutze es regelmäßig und habe bisher keine Probleme festgestellt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Patienten klappt dadurch reibungslos und professionell. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann websms klar weiterempfehlen.

Mir gefällt besonders, dass websms direkt und unkompliziert in unsere Praxisverwaltungssoftware integriert ist. Dadurch ist es im Alltag extrem praktisch und spart viel Zeit, weil keine zusätzlichen Programme oder komplizierten Abläufe notwendig sind. Auch die Zuverlässigkeit des Services ist ein klarer Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es kaum etwas Negatives zu sagen. Das System funktioniert stabil und problemlos. Wenn ich einen Punkt nennen müsste, dann vielleicht, dass die Preise etwas niedriger sein könnten. Aber insgesamt ist das kein gravierender Nachteil, sondern nur eine kleine Anmerkung.

Wir setzen LINK Mobility erfolgreich für unsere Kundenkommunikation via SMS, WhatsApp und RCS ein – vor allem im Rahmen unserer mobilen Kundenbindungsplattform Pocketshop. Die Integration verlief stabil, und der Support reagierte bisher immer verlässlich auf technische Rückfragen.

Cons:

RCS ist technologisch vielversprechend, aber in der Praxis noch in Österreich eingeschränkt nutzbar, da nicht alle Endgeräte bzw. Netze es unterstützen.

Nachrichten durch eigene ID referenzieren, sodass wir am Fall kommunizieren können. Ebenso wäre eine N:N Kommunikation wünschenswert. Zum Beispiel können sich verschiedene unserer Supportmitarbeiter mit einem Kunden oder einer Vermittlerstruktur zu einem Fall kommunizieren.
