Cons:

Not all alumni will actively engage with the platform, which can result in a skewed representation of the alumni network. Inactive profiles can make it challenging to gauge the true level of engagement.

Pros:

I have not used a number of the features, however when I did have questions or suggestions re profiles and events the developer was highly responsive and helpful. More beta/live testing will continue to evolve the software to a more intuitive level

Cons:

I think it could be more intuitive and seamless for the user.

Pros:

Easy to use, and to deploy. Admins have full control and can easily monitor the whole network. The gamification elements with missions and badges is something that you cannot find in most alternatives.

Cons:

It does not offer a native app for android or ios. However as a web-app it is accessible via the browsers on mobile devices.

The platform makes it easy and fun to stay in touch with your old colleagues and friends, and your former employer. You have access to networking events, and new professional opportunities (applications, referrals, etc.)

The map view in the Members directory and the Events section. The tagging function and the personal notebook are useful. The badges/missions function was fun, and the referral mechanism was a fine addition.

Cons:
