If you're on a budget then sezzle is ideal. With their pay in four option & other payment plans, sezzle really helps you manage your shopping needs without going broke in the process

Pros:

The customer service is amazing. They respond faster than most in-store customer service even do. Also, they offer flexible payment options & only charge late payment fees & only 1x per purchase agreement rather than charging a fee each day you're late & allow gift cards to be purchased (perfect for holiday gifts if you have a lot of people to shop for)

Cons:

The assortment of retailers offered changes constantly. Most of the places I've never even heard of. There's also no description of the retailers & what they sell/offer beyond the company name & a vague description.

For giving me the opportunity to open an account because other “pay in 4” accounts seem to be harder to get

Cons:

Hard to understand the use of the premium! I couldn’t find any person to explain how that works and how and use my virtual card and that you can only use it for certain things

This company needs a thorough review of their ethics practices. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous and as a “valued” customer I never missed a payment and my account is now not eligible. While being told I’m not eligible I earned more Purchase power. They are lying in their emails.

I love that I am able to purchase an item and make payments on it weekly or bi weekly using a payment plan.

Cons:

It’s hard to get approved by Sezzle but once you are, it’s easy to use.

Sezzle is great for customers who may not be able to afford your services upfront at one huge payment. This allows them to break it down and make it more affordable.

Cons:

They charge you $15 when you dont use it for 30 days.

Fine Software, but Unnecessary with Shopify

Pros:

Sezzle is easy to deploy and worked without any major issues. I also really like that you have the choice to have money processed through Sezzle sent to an interest bearing account.

Cons:

I don't like that the information pushed to your product detail pages adds another bit of verbiage above the fold, taking up valuable real estate. Additionally, it's one more account/vendor to consider when you can just use SHOP Pay through shopify for your Installment processing.

Easy way to increase e-commerce sales

Had a local e-commerce client who had trouble selling their higher ticket items on their Shopify site. Sezzle was set up and activated in only a couple of days and they imminently saw an increase in conversions.

Pros:

It gives buys the ability to split purchases into four payments. This has helped my client increase average cart value and conversions. It also has integrations with all the major e-commerce providers.

Cons:

The brand is not a well known as other pay-in-four providers like PayPal or Karma. This can reduce the conversions if the buyer does not trust the brand.
