pdfFiller is a cloud-based form automation solution for small to midsize businesses that want to utilize electronic forms. Key features include an online PDF editor and a library of 25 million fillable documents.

pdfFiller enables users to create fillable PDF forms from scratch or convert an existing form. Some of the document editing tools include typing, erasing, redacting, highlighting and drawing. Users can also place images, logos, notes, text boxes, hyperlinks and video tutorials in PDFs.

The solution can also auto-fill forms by automatically merging data from a database or Excel sheet with a document and also send pre-filled copies out to sign. Users can also saved filled copies. Users can capture e-signatures and convert PDFs to and from DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT and JPG formats.

Easy to use

I use the software to merge several documents into one for ease of emailing them. I also use the docusign of the software from building my own template contracts.

Pros:

I use PdfFiller, document management daily and on a weekly basis. Very easy to use and built your own forms to be signed.

Cons:

Sometimes is not easy to navigate the website to figure out how to built your own template. But once you have it's easier.

Pros:

After years of using pdfFiller I finally tried some of the many options I had never tried before. Wow I've been missing out

Cons:

I am not too keen on having to clear popups every time I open software I already pay for asking me to upgrade.

Cost, ease of use and all the awesome features available compared to other inferior products. I'm sold on it and won't be switching again...ever!
