Acumen provides a selection of features such as invoices, credit notes, receipts, journals and support a variety of retail types, including timber and hardware stores, plumbing suppliers, apparel, electronics, jewelry, and pawn shops. The solution helps users make informed business decisions with auditable information and increase profit margin through better price control.
The POS system removes overheads in clerical and operational procedures and reduces capital expenditure on stocks. The POS system includes a general ledger, POS, stock, price and margin control.
Purchase of Acumen includes software to manage both front-end and back-end operations along with all associated hardware - terminal, scanner, printer, and cash drawer. The solution offers a locally based support team that can be available 24/7 to answer questions and offer recommendations.
