easy customer management and creation of interest groups. Graphic and intuitive customization of the most common services for the marketing business. Great and fast customer service

Cons:

We have encountered some compatibility problems with some operating systems or browsers when reading emails. All problems that I am sure will soon be able to be solved

Experiencia de 10. Además de todas sus funcionalidades, facilidad de uso. Quiero destacar el SOPORTE, la ATENCIÓN, por parte del equipo de ADA. No es un soporte por email dónde no sabes cuando y como te contestarán.Es un soporte cercano, de tú a tú, transparente, con el objetivo de ayudar (hasta en cosas que no tendrían por qué hacerlo).[SENSITIVE CONTENT] es un profesional y mejor persona, que conoce la herramienta como la palma de su mano, pero además es una persona que entiende de marketing, te aconseja siempre con ideas geniales y además se ofrece siempre para ayudarte. Por WhatsApp, por Zoom, en fin, llevo años en formaciones, he probado muchas herramientas, y soportes como este, en ningún lugar, y creerme que es fundamental.[SENSITIVE CONTENT], que creo que es el [SENSITIVE CONTENT] de ADA, me ha llegado hasta llamar en 2 o 3 ocasiones, por un problema que tuve al querer adquirir la herramienta, y para otras dudas también me ha escrito hasta por WhatsApp.He trabajado años en empresas medianas, y no he conocido jamás al jefe. En general me encanta el conjunto de todas las herramientas. La facilidad de crear landing, formularios, emails, automatizaciones y las stroretelling son una verdadera pasada. Todo pensado para versión mobile. Además, el panel de control es muy intuitivo,

Cons:

Echo en falta que pueda se puedan integrar formularios en WordPress, mediante algún código corto, por ejemplo. Ya que para hacerlo, tienes que crear un botón o enlace en WordPress e introducir ahí el enlace de la landing de ADA. Aunque yo lo hago en mi web y funciona todo correctamente.

Facile, intuitiva ed esteticamente molto valida

Prima di conoscere Ada avevo un problema con il mio target clienti che poco ama le email. Arrivare a nuovi prospect e direttamente e velocemente ai clienti era diventato difficile. Con le funzionalità integrate di Ada riesco ad avere un contatto più rapido, diretto e convertire di più. Grazie agli storytelling, gli sms e le notifiche push i miei clienti in primis e i prospect ugualmente, riescono ad avere un contatto migliore con un’esperienza nuova rispetto al passato. Creare i contenuti é davvero facile ed intuitivo, e la grafica di base é già ben impostata e bella. L’assistenza pre e post vendita: mai avuto nulla di così cordiale e preciso rispetto ad altri software.

La funzione che mi é piaciuta subito é quella degli storytelling. Facili da creare e ottimo strumento di marketing virale da usare sui social per veicolare il cliente all’acquisto e sulle proprie piattaforme.

Cons:

Ad oggi non ho riscontrato nulla di negativo se non averlo scoperto “tardi” rispetto ad altri software.
