Sonar is a game-changer!

Overall, my experience with FreightWaves SONAR has been really good. It gives you a ton of real-time data that’s super helpful for understanding market trends and making quick decisions. It does take a little time to figure out all the features—kind of like trying to find your way around a new city without Google Maps—but once you do, it’s a game-changer. Sure, some of the advanced tools felt like trying to decode a secret message, but the info is so useful that it’s worth the learning curve. Plus, even if you don’t use all the fancy features, it’s still a must-have for anyone in the freight world.

What I like most about Freight Waves SONAR is how it provides real-time data and insights, making it easier to make quick, informed decisions. The platform breaks down complex freight information like rates and capacity trends into simple, easy-to-read visuals. It’s also great that everything you need is in one place, saving time and helping you plan better.

Cons:

What I liked least about Freight Waves SONAR is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first because there’s so much data. It takes a little time to get used to navigating all the features. Some of the more advanced tools can be tricky for beginners, too.

FreightWaves SONAR - Solid Tool, Room For Improvement

Overall, I enjoy using SONAR. I find it to be easy to read and use. I have mixed results as far as rate accuracy goes.

1) Ease of Use 2) Visualization of the TRAC Spot Graph 3) Ability to flip between flat rates and per mile rates

Cons:

1) Accuracy is a little off in my experience - rates can be significantly higher than projected by SONAR for some lanes 2) I wish the market data was a little more thorough / easier to read. I would love to be able to see more depth as it relates to capacity in the lane on a daily basis. 3) I would enjoy a 'tie in' feature where you could compare company lane history against the market history. Just more data to compare and leverage when making decisions

Com o Sonar da Cakewalk é possível fazer uma boa gravação de qualquer áudio. Você pode gravar qualquer áudio externo ou sintetizador e incorporar ao projeto facilmente ou fazer a mixagem nele mesmo. Ele é completo e tem uma série de plug-ins que ajudam na edição e manipulação do áudio. Para quem trabalha com arquivos midi é a melhor opção. É uma marca pioneira e com muitos recursos e uma ótima interface.

Cons:

Por ser um software muito eficiente e completo, dependendo da versão que a pessoa tenha, ele torna-se um Daw um pouco pesado.
