Pratique, ludique et facile

Il est plus facile de remonter les problématiques via Fabriq (versus notre ancien mode de fonctionnement PSM sur Paperboard), plus facile de documenter également et d'illustrer les problèmes rencontrés grâce aux pièces jointes.

Facilité d'implémentation et d'utilisation. Lien avec notre ERP pour le suivi des KPI et la mise en place d'actions si le KPI n'est pas à l'objectif. La page communication est très ludique et simple à organiser pour donner les infos clés aux équipes. Escalade / Cascade d'une équipe à une autre très fluide, gain de temps sur la réaction grâce à cette fonction.

Cons:

Déploiement de la fonction "Routines" à réaliser pour optimiser nos audits internes => Action interne.

FABRIQ - Un formidable outil de digitalisation et de suivi terrain

Grâce à Fabriq nous gagnons en efficacité globale et l'outil permet de consacrer plus de temps aux actions terrain plutôt qu'aux actions bureautiques. L'adoption/appropriation par les équipes, s'est fait rapidement et cela s'inscrit maintenant dans leur fonctionnement quotidien.

Le suivi des tickets et actions et particulièrement utile, en suivi quotidien. Cela évite les relances récurrentes et facilite la gestion. La digitalisation des audits terrains est particulièrement appréciée des opérationnels. Elle permet un gain de temps et donc d'efficacité.

Cons:

La partie "indicateurs", KPI est à mon sens la partie à développer dans le futur. Pouvoir sortir des indicateurs de routines, pouvoir lier les indicateurs entre eux. ( Ce qui, à priori, sera le cas avec les indicateurs dynamiques)
