Great for what we use it for, Onboarding, Policies, Contracts and Ops Manuals. The only problem is it feels very isolated from our other systems.

Both the after market service and the continuous product improvement has proven to be correct. They have always helped out and the constant improvements have made the product even better than when we first purchased it.
