About Engage Mobilize

ENGAGE streamlines complex field service workflows by unifying operators and oilfield service companies on a single digital platform from ticket to invoice in real-time. ENGAGE's flagship eTicketing solution set the standard for fluids hauling and logistics efficiency, and its capabilities have expanded to cover various oilfield service job types and electronic invoicing. ENGAGE offers E&P operators and oilfield service companies the potential to achieve new levels of operational efficiency, reduce costs, increase financial transparency and mitigate risk with intelligent field operations software.

Its multi-tiered solution includes both a mobile and web application. ENGAGE provides specific capabilities with operators, service providers, and field personnel who impact each individual field ticket.

The order originates from the operator application. The service provider view is used to accept the order and assign the ticket to a field resource.

Lastly, the mobile application is where the field resource receives assigned jobs, performs the work and completes the job.

Very easy to use. Straight forward and easy to get in contact with help if need be.

Cons:

The errors we find are not because of engages system. Its usually human error during input.

Pros:

Dans toutes les fonctionnalités de cette application j'ai le mieux apprécié la facturation en ligne. Il est facile et permet d'obtenir et renseigner sur la facture plusieurs informations déjà connu du client déjà enregistré dans notre base de données et tout ça de façon personnalisée.

Cons:

J'ai pris un peu plus de temps que prévu à implanter l'outil dans notre entreprise car la formation n'était pas acquise mais à présent tout vas bien.

Excellent product

The software works great for our service to our customers. The people are easy to work with. [sensitive content hidden] is an excellent Representative and is always available if I have questions or need help. My experience has been nothing but Positive.

this helps communicate with the customer without having to talk or email. Easy to use and efficient for our application.

Cons:

Experienced a few glitches at the beginning. Once these glitches were fixed no issues.
