Pros:

Decision Logic has been a great partner and not only do we use them for back office software but we use them for our network security as well. Good to have one place for both needs.

Cons:

Sometimes we have difficulty with reporting. They offer custom reports, but they aren't really custom. Would like to have ability to access all recorded data for export.

Good but Could Improve

My position is tracking productivity and menu mix with data from DL. This has been great except for the calculation errors we are experiencing as mentioned above.

The ease of use of the entire website is great. I use reports for the most part and they are easy to find and read.

Cons:

Some calculations in the reports could be worked on. Some reports do not have the same data as other reports despite showing what should be the same calculation.

For us DL consolidated 5 different softwares, making adoption and management simple!

Cons:

Maintaining Bid Files can take time, but much of that is due to the supply chain issues and not DL.

Pros:

My company uses decision logic for our new brand McAlister's Deli. I use this software to pull out payroll reports every week and I really like the layout of reports. Clearly defined and designed, free of errors.

Cons:

I have not completely explored this feature to point out any con as of now.
