SteadyPoint gives us the ability to implement a One for All HelpDesk utility. It is clean, it is easy to use, it is complex, yet easy enough to get you going fast. It really gets even easier when you have a good support agent working with you along the way...

Pros:
What I like best about SteadyPoint, is that it keeps all settings within your own office 365 cloud, not on someone else's. I also like the fact that it is still under constant development.
Cons:
I would say, Not being able to export settings prior to an upgrade... having to recreate settings is not hard, but it is kind of annoying having to do so all over again. I have been told that this feature is still under development.

Reasons for choosing SteadyPoint Helpdesk

Coming from a Spiceworks environment, this is the most complete and cost effective cloud-based HelpDesk Application that I've seen out there. It is an excellent choice for a medium to large office environment.

The app is very stable and convenient to use, I am very happy to use it the most great feature in this software is create ticket using email and Microsoft flow its vary useful
Cons:
As I said, maybe more features? But for the price it was well worth it.
