Pros:
We are pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the chatbot and mismatches. This way we get to know our customers and we make our chatbot more spontaneous.
Cons:
I cannot search/filter in the chatbot conversations. I have a pile of conversations from the chatbot but i have to scroll endlessly to get to specific conversations.

Reasons for switching to Watermelon

SnapEngage did not have a AI chatbot and it also did not have a friendly userinterface.

Pros:
Het gemak waarmee je een chatbot op kunt zetten is ongekend. Een leek kan dit binnen een kwartier leren en zelf een chatbot opzetten die goed in elkaar zit. Alles spreekt voor zich! Gedurende de beginperiode wordt je hierin meegenomen door iemand van Watermelon die je alle ins en outs laat zien en hoe alles werkt. Vervolgens ga je zelf aan de slag met de chatbot en als je vragen hebt staan ze altijd voor je klaar.
Cons:
Paar kleine dingetjes zoals het wijzigen van de antwoorden van meerkeuzevragen nadat je deze hebt toegevoegd. Je moet dan eerst alle eerstvolgende vragen verwijderen om de vorige vraag aan te passen. Dit is echter al aangegeven en zijn ze bij Watermelon mee bezig.

Gemakkelijk in 1 overview alle chats met mijn klanten. Ik kan makkelijk alle kanalen in Watermelon doorzetten. Hierdoor krijgen mijn klanten altijd snel een antwoord en bespaar ik enorm veel tijd voor mijn andere werkzaamheden! Doordat ik een chatbot hebt ingeschakeld (welke makkelijk in te stellen was), krijgen mijn klanten altijd antwoord, ook als ik er even niet ben!
Cons:
De mobiele app kan wel beter, maar ze hebben al aangegeven dit binnenkort aan te pakken.

De software van Watermelon zorgt ervoor dat ons doel (het voorkomen van onnodig klantcontact) grotendeels wordt bereikt. Daarbij ziet een customer succes manager bij Watermelon erop toe dat dit doel daadwerkelijk behaald wordt. Heel af en toe ontstaan er kleine bugs in de software. Deze bugs zijn echter zeer klein en worden altijd binnen snelle termijn behandeld en opgelost.

In addition, a customer success manager at Watermelon ensures that this goal is actually achieved. I'm very pleased with Watermelon. It's really easy to use and you get a nice dashboard included. It's easy to keep up with the conversations and see where the bottlenecks are. We are using it to answer the most frequently asked questions and handle easy requests.
