QuoteFlare 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

i looked at several online bidding services and only 2 looked as if they were well suited to my window cleaning business. i tried the other first, it is well known and well liked in the industry but i found it lacking in customizabilty (is that a word). with quoteflare i am able to change all the customer questions, all the pricing, all the photos. very quickly i was able to get the prices just as i wanted something i was not able to do with the other service although i tried for a couple months. at this time (aug 2015) quteflare does not have as much (any) back end management or crm type ability and customer follow up is all manual. the other program was quite robust in that area but was also much more expensive. quoteflare does what it does VERY WELL. we use it on or website for customer self serve quotes and booking (not scheduling) and also staff use it for door to door estimates. i currently have 3 different packages set up but that is adjustable too. the estimates are live so a customer can just click on the service they want and i am notified of a booking. a couple times i have had trouble getting to support but the quality of support is excellent so i would rate quoteflare better than other online services i use.

They are savvy enough to use the simple QuoteFlare interface, answer some questions about their needs, and get immediate pricing, and if they see a number they like, book the job right away. The cost of this program far outweigh the benefits, and the developer has been very helpful in setting it up, helping us get it running properly and with any questions we have had.

We stumbled upon this program for a new business venture that we were starting. We contacted the staff at QuoteFlare and they were very helpful in setting up our account. With online type companies you just don't get that live person help. As for the product itself, we could not be happier with the outcome. It gives us the freedom of bidding each and every job that we may or may not get. It also gives our customers, or potential customers, a way to get a quote on their own without any pressure. Because of the success we've had with our company and QuoteFlare being an integral part of our business, we are now looking to expand into other territories. QuoteFlare has been instrumental in helping with that growth.

This program saves us so much time on the phone and drastically cuts costs for office labor. QuoteFlare also helps us sell services which we did not maximize in the past. It is extremely easy to use and I am so glad we decided to have it be part of our business. Last year we really saw it's impact on out window cleaning and pressure washing services but this coming year we plan to see it's benefits on several additional services we plan to market. This has been a great asset for our business. No more spending valuable time and money just to give free estimates. This has allowed us to fill our schedule with more work. Also, it saves our potential clients time by not having to schedule an appointment for an estimate, and then wait to book a cleaning.
