WarehouseOS Fulfilment and Warehouse Operations

Overall WarehouseOS has improved our operation and fulfilment speeds, it has made it very easy to train new team members on our systems, and it has had little to no issues since we have integrated it.

Seamless integration with our website and inventory systems, as well as great support from warehouseOS when we need it. Very easy to train new employees and makes operations run incredibly smooth.

Cons:

We have had one occasion where the WOS server has crashed but it has regained online status very quickly.

Great Software and Easy to Learn

WOS is so easy to train new employees with. They can get picking and packing within just a few minutes! The WOS team is incredibly helpful with answering questions or offering solutions.

Cons:

The new app rollout has been slow and confusing at times. We would use the new app if it was ready. Wish there were maybe some better instruction on the new app.

Minky Couture

Very user friendly, the help team gets back with resolutions to issues very quickly. The experience has been great so far, a few hiccups, but so far, pretty much every issue that we’ve brought to the team has been resolved.

How well they work with our custom needs. I work for a company that’s unlike any other company I’ve worked for, and WOS has made it work for us in a way that no other company would be able to.

Cons:

Certain limitations. Not being a live system presents certain issues when running reports and setting min/max numbers that don’t automatically trigger reports, but rather have to be printed out after a report has been run. They are getting way better, though

Better than the previous inventory softwares i’ve used.

Overall simple to use, ipads make it easy to do work while moving around.

Cons:

Search function is very specific making it hard to find products sometimes. We also have run into a few bugs. One that still hasn’t been fixed which broke the search function on some ipads that downloaded an IOS update.

We were looking for better options that fit the way we do things.

Highly recommended warehouse management software

Great company to work with, they respond very quick when we have questions or problems. The software is seamless and easy for all in the company to use. Would highly recommend.

Very user friendly, and easy to learn and operate. The processes are very intuitive and it makes everything in the warehouse very smooth. Easy to train new employees on as well.

Cons:

Having to utilize iPads can make things just a little more expensive, but the system is well worth every penny.

Great interface with small bugs

It’s user friendly we have a lot of use for it as far as the shipping department is concerned I like it

Cons:

Sometimes it’s slow and very picky about what it wants to ship and what it don’t want to ship out but we work with it
