In my personal opinion it is a complete software to manage projects and work schedules in real time.

It has greatly facilitated the control of work times and the requirements of each employee, saving time in monitoring each activity. Once I started using it, it has been a vital software in my daily activities, since it facilitates communication with each employee of the organization with real control of the activities.

Pros:

It is a simple and very easy to use software, I really like that it allows to keep track of working time, including all the requirements of each of the workers, classifying them by work situation, it allows me to keep track of applications for permits , vacations, is a very versatile software, since it communicates to each employee the current situation by notifying each worker when he has a pending permit, by approval or when it has already been approved. On the other hand, it has allowed me to assign work activities to each person separately and gives the worker the opportunity to carry out the work hours he has invested in each assigned activity.

Cons:

To take full control of any major work does not set clear parameters that reflect progress, it is necessary to take into account different complex variables inherent in each project.

EcosAgile aveva tutte le funzionalità da noi ricercate, soprattutto il multilingua (ita/eng), la gestione delle valute, e non da ultimo un buon prezzo. Il fatto di poter comunicare con un commerciale in italiano é sicuramente un plus rispetto agli altri prodotti concorrenti.

L'inserimento delle attività nel timesheet è ben implementato e consente di visualizzare rapidamente le attività svolte e il tempo impiegato

Cons:

La funzione "multi" per inserire più attività simultaneamente potrebbe essere migliorata consentendo di inserire la stessa attività in più giorni lavorativi, bypassando automaticamente quelli festivi.

La funzione "Multi" opera in realtà esattamente come dice, saltando i festivi ed operando i controlli sui profili orari. Il modulo Project & Timesheet ha varie impostazioni che permettono di definirne le logiche da parte dell'azienda; per la funzione indicata basta attivare la modalità che è già standard nelle impostazioni del modulo. Il modulo Project & Timesheet è molto flessibile e permette a livello di ogni azienda utilizzatrice di essere impostato come si desidera, indicando se usare le causali, le obbligatorietà, le fasi, i controlli orari e di budget, le notifiche da gestire e molto altro ancora.
