About Bee Inclined

Bee Inclined is a solution designed to manage class scheduling and swaps for instructors, trainers, and administrative staff. The Swapboard feature allows clients to manage their own class swaps online. The Swapboard is suitable for any instructor or teaching group that offers classes with scheduling, such as Pilates, yoga, Zumba, aerobics, fitness, swimming and more.

Clients can easily access and use the Swapboard, posting dates they cannot attend and finding replacement classes offered by other students. Businesses also have the option to customize the Swapboard with their own branding and styling.

My clients & myself love Bee Inclined Swapboard. It's easy to use and I love the versatility & value for money it gives my clients. [sensitive content hidden] is always quick to respond to any queries that I might have. It's just brilliant.

Cons:

Nothing at all Once you get your head around booking term dates in & out at the right time you are sorted.

Pros:

The only company I could find that offered exactly what I was looking for, without having to sign up to a larger package with things I don't need. A few teachers at our Pilates studio (who all run small businesses) use and recommend Bee Inclined. Simple to use, which clients love. Also great, responsive customer service.

Cons:

The website looks a little dated. Whilst it's easy to use, there is no app, so using a phone to make/take swaps (which most people now do) is a little difficult as the page doesn't fit the screen. My clients would love a waitlist option, if there is a class they are hoping to find a swap in, instead of having to keep checking back, they could get a notification when a space comes up.

Reasons for choosing Bee Inclined

I have my clients on a monthly DD payment so I don't need the features of booking onto classes etc and paying online, I just need a feature to be able to swap classes to offer clients flexibility.

Uncomplicated platform enabling good client interaction

Cons:

I put quite a few swap options on for clients but if they want to take a class many weeks in the future, they have to scroll a long way down. This feels clunky.

Reasons for choosing Bee Inclined

Simpler to use for older clients and I wanted to choose something they would/could use. Swaps were my main headache to admin.

Great Class Swap software

Really pleased with the swaps board, I used to spend 3 hours most days answering email regarding class swaps, and this disappeared over night when I signed up for the swaps board. When we've been asked for additional features to make things work better for us the bee-inclined team has been very quick in doing these.

Our clients say the swaps board is easy to use, including those who say they are terrible with computers. It saves me loads of time as I don't have to get involved in swapping classes for my clients. I've asked for a number of new features for the swaps board during my time using it, to make the swaps board work better for me and Bee-Inclined have been very accommodating with this.

Cons:

A few of my older clients are a bit hesitant to use the online swaps board at first, however once I've shown them how to use it they are surprised at how easy it is.

I'm an independent Pilates instructor running a growing number of group classes a week - This is honestly the best £12 I spend on my business each month. The system is super easy for me to set up and super easy for my clients to use. They love the ability to switch their class without having to bother me. I love that free spaces are better utilised by existing clients & I definitely love the reduction in admin time.

There are no cons for me - the system is brilliant!

Bee Inclined makes things simple!

I love having the Bee Inclined Swap Board, it makes things simple for me and my clients love to be able to swap and change simply too! Any email interactions with issues I've had have been resolved really promptly, so I have to say the customer service side of things is a winner too.

Pros:

I just love the fact that my clients are able to plan their own swaps, with minimal input from me (I just set up the few spaces that are available in each class), it makes things so much more flexible for me and my clients.

Cons:

I'd love to be able to select from the swaps already taken to delete historic ones. The option to delete at the end of the term or something like that doesn't suit because I roll over swaps from the previous few blocks if needed. So something where I could just tick the ones I want to bulk delete and then delete them would be fab.

Transformed our Company!!

Implemented the system about a year ago, to allow clients to move their class booking to another day. Previously we had to do this by email and manually update our registers. We had 300 clients back then and I’d spend least 40 minutes every day managing client class swaps. With Bee Inclined that management time has gone! The system is fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] and the team helped us implement which was so straightforward, and the team are rapid (really rapid!!) in responding to any request for help. More importantly, [sensitive content hidden] and the team are trustworthy, dedicated to quality service and thoroughly professional in everything they do. I’m delighted with this investment, my co Director and husband told me that the ROI was about 2 weeks!!!!!
