It appears to be related to specific devices with known firmware limitations. While this is sometimes outside our control, our technical team is actively working on a solution and treating it as a priority. An improved version of the Twikkie mobile app will be released shortly, with enhanced performance and broader device compatibility. Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad to hear that you're finding the app easy to navigate and that features like clocking in and leave requests are working well for you. It’s great to know that having a digital record is helping reduce the stress of manual reporting. Regarding the unexpected logouts, what you’re experiencing is actually a feature called enforced logout. This is set by your company as a security measure and also helps improve performance by keeping the app synced with our server. I’ve asked the team to extend training to all users, not just company admins, so everyone is fully aware of how the system works. On the biometric login and real-time notifications, we’ll take another look to ensure these features work more reliably across all devices. We're also working on bringing TwikCollab, which includes a chat feature, to the mobile app—so soon, you’ll be able to communicate directly with HR right from your phone. This helps protect sensitive information. Regarding overtime tracking, the setup depends on how your company has configured the attendance template. In this case, your company’s policy does not allow overtime entry, so the app reflects that setup. If overtime tracking becomes a requirement in the future, it would need to be enabled or revised by your system admin in line with company policy.
