Hive can provide excellent customer service and great dedicated account management, flexible and complete support in the integration and startup phase of the logistics activities, reliable options to deliver products everywhere in Italy within 24/48 hours at a competitive price, clear pricing plan, user interface of the app that is simple to use from the beginning. All in all a very good partner that takes care at 360 of Logistics, Delivery and Inventory Management for your e-commerce!

Cons:

We are missing a native integrated solution to mirror the orders from our eBay store to the Hive app, this would work better than our manual work or a third party paid plug-in.

Un’esperienza pessima, più problemi che soluzioni

La mia esperienza con Hive è stata estremamente deludente. Nonostante le promesse iniziali e una piattaforma software ben costruita, l’esecuzione logistica è stata un disastro: ritardi costanti, scarso supporto, comunicazione lenta e mancanza totale di attenzione al cliente. Anche la fase di chiusura del rapporto è stata gestita in modo approssimativo e senza assistenza. Purtroppo, non posso consigliare Hive a nessuna azienda che cerchi un partner logistico serio e affidabile, soprattutto per operazioni B2B.

Pros:

La dashboard è ben fatta, intuitiva e graficamente curata. Purtroppo, questo è l’unico aspetto positivo.

Cons:

Servizio operativo disorganizzato e inefficiente. Tempi di evasione lenti, kitting e de-kitting che richiedono anche oltre 5 giorni lavorativi per attività banali. Gestione B2B caotica, con spedizioni multicollo mai risolte e frequenti ritardi che hanno generato penali e chargeback. Durante l’offboarding nessun supporto, merce smarrita all’interno dei loro magazzini (4 cartoni master mai consegnati al corriere) e completa mancanza di responsabilità da parte del team. Il canone mensile è assolutamente ingiustificato rispetto al servizio offerto.
