Pros:

The ease of use across departments, visibility of information, effective project forecasting, project prioritization through ranking and scoring methodology that is more user-friendly and intuitive than other tools, and the efficient escalation of priority initiatives to business case to execution and review. The cost is absolutely a benefit as well as the dedicated 24/7 support and highly considerate team who ensures that the outcomes are achieved.

Cons:

The feature has room for growth, which the Stratex team is highly transparent about. Although, the team have consistently delivered on new features and built custom features promptly and without much issue.
