Deskhero was not mature when we started, but now it has everything we needed.

We were looking for an AI platform that is easy to setup and doesn't charge per support case resolution. Some scenarios we were used to before were not supported but we managed to find workarounds for most of them so overall we were satisfied.

We particularly enjoyed the easy setup, quick learning curve and the time it saved to our multiple support teams.
Cons:
There were some hiccups at the beginning but most of them were promptly addressed by Deskhero developers.
