Great Product giving us what we need

Overall the system give us a flexible till operation that can be updated away from the till which applies remote to up date each till point. Our team find it easy to operate and we can tweak into product groups which can assist,

Pros:
This gives an true control of our till system, giving flex ability to add and update products as and when required. With support from Systopia help desk we were soon up and running. The positive here is i am never on hold and the team are very knowledgeable. For front of house the screens are clear and easy to follow for our team, giving a fast through put of customers though busy times. It is fast to update products and the more you use it the quicker you become so once you are familiar keep going in the system, there is a few pages and you dont want to loose your way
Cons:
There is a number of screens , key is to maintain familiarity. On the whole no real issues but when i am stuck the helpdesk will point you in the right direction and can sign in at the rear.

Quick and easy top ups. The guys we contact with any issue are great at responding and assisting us.
Cons:
Connection issues. Having to restart a few times every couple of days. I think if we can get details the customer should be able to get a refund to their bank if they used the loader not just with the app.

For a relatively small budget, A.I till and an excellent service helpdesk should you need it.

Always take good photos of your items this is key to the system, poor quality photos will cause your A.I to incorrectly recognise and charge for items. Upgrade your pictures so they are clear and this will not be a problem.

Pros:
Pro's, it is a relatively cheap POS system, relatively easy to use. Service from the helpdesk is excellent.
Cons:
Be careful of the pictures you take for reference, as the A.I may confuse items due to similar photos. Price changing has to be done via back office and it does not give you Favourites, peak time use information, as easily as other more expensive POS tills; but that is why they are more expensive. As a start A.I till it is sufficient.
